We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations for a prominent hospitality group with multiple locations in Dodoma. This role is pivotal in managing the accounting functions across various restaurants and cafeterias, ensuring that all financial processes are accurate, compliant, and efficient within a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Key Requirements
Proficiency in Financial Reporting and analysis.
Extensive experience in Budget Preparation and management.
Strong knowledge of local Tax Compliance and regulatory standards.
Proven experience with Audit Procedures and internal controls.
Competency in managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Advanced skills in Bank Reconciliation and financial monitoring.
Proficiency in using Accounting Software such as QuickBooks, Workpay, or ERP systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in accounting.
At least 2 years of experience in a senior or supervisory role.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multi-location hospitality environment.
