Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting, preferably in logistics/transport.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian tax and compliance regulations (VAT, PAYE, NSSF).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
High level of integrity and extreme attention to detail.
Experience in maintaining financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Ability to monitor transport-related expenses and track fuel usage and fleet costs.
Competency in assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
