OTA PERFORMANCE & PLATFORM MANAGER @ NEIGHBOURGOOD
As our OTA Performance & Platform Manager, you will be the single point of accountability for how Neighbourgood performs across all online travel platforms. You will manage listing quality, guest experience KPIs, platform compliance, and performance reporting, ensuring our properties consistently hit Superhost and Preferred Partner standards. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role at the heart of our growth strategy where you will identify and action low-performing listings while maintaining monthly performance dashboards and insights. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and future OTAs, ensuring all listings are fully optimized and platform-ready. Success in this role involves meeting response time and cancellation KPIs every month, smoothly rolling out Airbnb expansions, and driving a measurable uplift in OTA revenue and guest satisfaction. Key Requirements
3–6 years in OTA management, hospitality operations, or revenue management.
Deep knowledge of Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and OTA best practices.
Strong analytical and reporting skills for monthly performance dashboards.
Excellent written communication for guest reviews and internal coordination.
Experience working across various teams and multiple time zones.
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to close loops.
A creative eye and exceptional attention to detail for listing refreshes.
Proven track record in managing guest experience KPIs like response time.
Strategic understanding of pricing logic and amenity optimization.
Ability to maintain platform compliance and Preferred Partner standards.
