The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machines efficiently, ensuring that all packaging processes run smoothly and meet the company's high-quality standards. In addition to machine operation, the candidate will be tasked with performing routine maintenance, reporting faults immediately to prevent downtime, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This position is ideal for individuals with a technical background from VETA who are looking to apply their mechanical or electrical engineering knowledge in a dynamic industrial setting. You will work closely with other team members to ensure the facility meets its production targets while adhering to strict safety protocols.

Key Requirements
Minimum of a Certificate from VETA in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Proven ability to operate and maintain industrial machinery
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to safety and operational procedures
Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods during shifts
Manual dexterity and coordination for handling machine components
Willingness to work in shifts and follow production schedules strictly
Ability to keep accurate records of production and maintenance logs
Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized industrial work area
