Neelkanth Salt Limited is seeking two skilled Fitter Mechanics to join our industrial maintenance team. The primary responsibility involves the installation, repair, and ongoing maintenance of diverse industrial machinery and complex processing equipment to ensure operational efficiency. The successful candidates will play a critical role in minimizing downtime through proactive inspection and precise mechanical interventions within our manufacturing facility.
Qualified individuals will possess strong technical aptitude and the capability to perform heavy-duty maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to work effectively both independently and as part of a larger technical team, strictly adhering to all safety protocols and maintenance schedules. This position is based at our salt production facility.

Key Requirements
At least 2 years of working experience as a Fitter Mechanic.
Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
Good knowledge and practical skills in welding.
Ability to repair, maintain, and install industrial machinery and equipment.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and schematics.
Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical failures.
Adherence to occupational health and safety standards.
Effective communication skills for technical reporting.
