As an Auto Electrician, your primary duties involve diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems of company vehicles and equipment. You will be responsible for installing and inspecting wiring systems, alternators, starters, and batteries while using diagnostic tools to rectify electrical faults. Furthermore, you will maintain accurate repair records and ensure all work complies with strict safety standards. By performing preventive maintenance and supporting the wider maintenance team, you will play a key role in achieving overall equipment reliability.

Key Requirements
Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Auto Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of practical experience as an Auto Electrician.
Ability to diagnose and repair electrical faults in trucks, heavy machinery, and motor vehicles.
Good understanding of vehicle electrical systems and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to work independently and under minimum supervision.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience in installing, inspecting, and troubleshooting lighting systems and alternators.
Proficiency in testing and replacing starters and batteries.
Ability to interpret electrical circuit diagrams and technical manuals.
