The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all electrical installations and systems across our production lines. You will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance, identifying electrical faults, and performing necessary repairs to minimize downtime and ensure peak operational performance.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience working as an Electrician in an industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Relevant technical qualification/certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preference will be given to candidates from Tanga Region.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and technical schematics.
Solid understanding of local and international electrical safety codes and regulations.
Ability to perform diagnostic tests on electrical equipment to identify and resolve performance issues.
Capability to maintain accurate maintenance logs and technical documentation for all repairs.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to equipment maintenance.
