FINANCE MANAGER @ NDALILE MINERALS
Ndalile Minerals is searching for a highly qualified and dynamic Finance Manager to lead the establishment of the company's financial management systems. As the company transitions from a development phase to active production, the Finance Manager will be responsible for building a robust accounting framework and ensuring all financial activities are transparent and compliant with international standards.
The position is based in Mbeya, though the successful candidate will need to travel to Dar es Salaam periodically for audits and stakeholder meetings. This leadership role involves high-level strategic planning, budget management, and the implementation of internal controls to support the company's rapid growth in the Tanzanian mining sector.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CA is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in mining or heavy industry.
In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Extensive experience with Tanzanian tax laws and regulatory filings.
Proven ability to develop and implement financial systems and internal controls.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing finance teams.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in financial reporting.
Experience in managing cash flow, bank accounts, and financial forecasting.
Willingness to work in Mbeya with occasional trips to Dar es Salaam.
