DIRECT SALES (50 VACANCIES) @ NBC
The Direct Sales position at NBC Kinyerezi Branch is a dynamic role designed to support the sales of Retail Banking Liabilities and Deposit products. As a key member of the branch team, you will be responsible for achieving agreed sales targets in alignment with business objectives. Your primary focus will be on proactive selling and providing exquisite customer service to both existing and potential clients. This is a one-year renewable contract offering an excellent opportunity to grow within the banking sector. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs to sell liability products, facilitating account openings according to bank policies, and converting quality leads for bank agents, insurance, and loans. You will also participate in various sales campaigns and activations, ensuring customers are onboarded onto digital platforms like the NBC Kiganjani app. Additionally, you will work on revamping relationships with onboarded customers through dormant account activation and perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager at Kinyerezi Mwisho.
Key Requirements
At least Form Four certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum age of at least 18 years.
Strong sales and marketing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be highly organized and able to work independently.
Ability to take individual accountability for sales results.
Proactive and motivated worker with follow-up and closure skills.
Ability to identify and meet customer needs through selling banking products.
Proficiency in digital platforms such as USSD and mobile banking apps.
Willingness to participate in sales activations and field campaigns.
