LANDSCAPE BIM MODELER @ NATURE LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS
Nature Landscape Architects is currently seeking a Landscape BIM Modeler based in the UAE to join our team on a full-time remote basis. You will be responsible for the integration of grading, planting, and hardscape elements into comprehensive BIM models. Coordination is a key part of this role, as you will interface with MEP, structural, and architectural teams to provide clash-free solutions. Key Requirements
Strong proficiency in BIM tools and workflows.
Significant experience in landscape modeling and design principles.
Expertise in producing construction drawings and technical documentation.
Deep knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP coordination.
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
High level of skill in AutoCAD.
Professional experience with Navisworks for clash detection.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle large, complex datasets.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a remote setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Must possess a personal laptop or system capable of handling intensive BIM workloads.
Proximity to Dubai or ability to work within the UAE time zone.
