JUNIOR SCM AND LOGISTICS PRACTITIONER @ NATIONAL METROLOGY INSTITUTE OF SOUTH AFRICA (NMISA)
The Junior SCM and Logistics Practitioner role is designed for a motivated individual looking to build a career in supply chain management within a scientific environment. This position provides support in procurement, asset management, and logistics operations, ensuring that the institute's laboratory and administrative needs are met efficiently and in compliance with public procurement regulations.
Key Requirements
A National Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
A foundational understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
Familiarity with the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and Treasury regulations.
Strong numerical skills and ability to perform accurate data entry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills for vendor and stakeholder interaction.
Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
