You will be expected to maintain a high level of professional demeanor while delivering exceptional service and ensuring all follow-up actions are completed promptly to build trust and long-term loyalty with our policyholders.
Key Requirements
Possess at least a Form Four certificate, Diploma, or Degree from a recognized institution.
Demonstrable knowledge of various insurance products and financial services.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Proven ability to work independently and maintain high levels of self-motivation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Swahili.
Strong team player capable of collaborating effectively within a diverse group setting.
Exhibit impeccable follow-up skills to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention.
Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
Strong networking and interpersonal skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
