SERVICE DESIGN LEAD @ NAIR SYSTEMS
Nair Systems is currently looking for a Service Design Lead for our UAE operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex, cross-channel service projects from the initial discovery phase through to final delivery. This role involves deep involvement in journey mapping, service blueprinting, and the development of overarching experience strategies to improve service delivery and user satisfaction within a dynamic organizational environment.
The ideal candidate should possess 4 to 8 years of relevant experience and demonstrate expertise in industry-standard tools like Figma, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite. You will work within an Agile framework, facilitating co-creation sessions and engaging with diverse stakeholders. A strong background in user research and service prototyping is essential, alongside a portfolio that highlights significant impact and successful design outcomes in a multinational setting.

Key Requirements
4–8 years of experience in service design or related fields.
Experience leading complex, cross-channel service projects from discovery to delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Service Design, HCI, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Prior experience working in multinational and dynamic organizations.
Strong portfolio showcasing service design outcomes and impact.
Expertise in Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
Proven experience in service design, journey mapping, service blueprinting, and experience strategy.
Skilled in facilitation, co-creation, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong understanding of service design systems and frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile and cross-functional service development.
Experience conducting user research, service prototyping, and usability testing.
