FLEXCUBE SUPPORT CONSULTANT (OFFSHORE) @ NAIR SYSTEMS
Nair Systems is seeking a dedicated Flexcube Support Consultant for an offshore role supporting our UAE operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive L0/L1 support for Oracle FLEXCUBE, focusing on monitoring alerts, incidents, and service requests. You will be tasked with performing first-level analysis and resolving issues based on documented knowledge bases and SOPs, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders throughout the ticket lifecycle. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining shift logs and handover notes within a follow-the-sun support model to ensure seamless business continuity across different time zones.
The role also involves supporting problem analysis, gathering system logs, and providing inputs for root cause analysis (RCA) in collaboration with L2/L3 teams. You will participate in compliance activities, such as access reviews and audit trail verifications, to ensure all support activities meet IT security, risk, and regulatory standards. Furthermore, the position requires performing system sanity checks post-EOD/BOD cycles and supporting periodic activities like certificate renewals and log archival. Key Requirements
Good understanding of banking operations including retail, corporate, Islamic, and trade modules in FLEXCUBE.
Hands-on experience with EOD/BOD processing within a banking environment.
Technical proficiency in Oracle SQL for database querying and troubleshooting.
Strong command of Unix/Linux commands, log analysis, and file handling techniques.
Familiarity with middleware components such as WebLogic, MQ, and OHS.
Working knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Awareness of audit, compliance, and regulatory standards applicable to banking operations.
Ability to work in a 24x7 operating model with structured shift handovers.
Experience in providing first-level analysis and escalation for complex technical incidents.
