FLEXCUBE SUPPORT CONSULTANT (OFFSHORE) @ NAIR SYSTEMS
In addition to technical resolution, the consultant will be responsible for meticulous documentation and communication. This includes maintaining shift logs, creating knowledge articles, and preparing comprehensive handover notes for the follow-the-sun support model. You will work closely with L2/L3 teams to escalate unresolved incidents and support root cause analysis (RCA) by gathering diagnostic logs and error details. The role requires a candidate who can operate within a 24x7 shift timing model and participate in compliance activities and infrastructure improvement projects to uphold IT security and regulatory standards. Candidates should be available to join within 2 to 4 weeks.
