CORE B BANKING FLEXCUBE PRODUCTION SUPPORT @ NAIR SYSTEMS
Nair Systems is currently looking for a Core B Banking Flexcube Production Support specialist to join their operations in the United Arab Emirates. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of the Flexcube core banking platform, addressing technical glitches, and providing real-time support for critical banking operations. This role involves working closely with IT teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions for production incidents.

Key Requirements
Should have minimum 4 years of experience in Flexcube Production Support.
Profound understanding of Core Banking Flexcube modules and architecture.
Experience in troubleshooting production environment issues for financial institutions.
Ability to write and execute SQL and PL/SQL queries for data analysis.
Knowledge of Unix or Linux operating systems and basic shell scripting.
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks including incident and change management.
Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict service level agreements.
Availability to participate in on-call support or shift rotations as required.
