Key Requirements
Comprehensive knowledge of Visa card scheme rules and regulations.
Extensive knowledge of Mastercard card scheme rules and operational standards.
Proficiency in managing the full transaction life cycle from initiation to completion.
Experience with daily clearing processes within a banking or fintech environment.
Strong understanding of settlement procedures and inter-bank fund transfers.
Expertise in reconciliation workflows to ensure financial accuracy.
Proven experience in payment operations or financial transaction processing roles.
Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in data management.
Advanced analytical and numerical abilities for troubleshooting financial discrepancies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
Familiarity with ISO file formats and operational file structures.
