Key Requirements
Proven experience in a pastry kitchen as a Commis or Assistant.
Must be based in the UAE at the time of application.
Basic understanding of pastry techniques, doughs, and fillings.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and measurements accurately.
Passion for creative dessert presentation and decoration.
Commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards in the pastry area.
Willingness to work early morning or late-night shifts.
Strong team collaboration skills within a kitchen setting.
Attention to detail and a high level of manual dexterity.
Interest in learning advanced pastry and baking techniques.
