Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar senior kitchen role.
Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods and ingredients.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Strong team management and delegation skills.
Commitment to maintaining strict sanitation and safety protocols.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends.
Passion for mentorship and improving the skills of the culinary team.
High school diploma or degree in Culinary Arts preferred.
