mylegacytanzania is looking for motivated recent graduates to join our team as Project Management interns for a duration of 3–6 months. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the NGO sector while contributing to meaningful community projects. This is an unpaid graduate internship based at Target Complex House, Mbezi Beach, Dar es Salaam.
Interns in the Project Management track will be involved in planning, executing, and monitoring various community-focused initiatives. Participants will benefit from professional mentorship, supervision, and exposure to real community programs and projects. Upon successful completion of the internship, candidates will receive an internship completion certificate and professional references to support their future career paths.

Key Requirements
Recent degree holder in Project Management or a related field
Strong interest in the NGO sector and community development
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication skills in English and Kiswahili
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Proactive and eager to learn new project methodologies
Basic computer skills including MS Office
Commitment to social impact and community empowerment
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to meet deadlines in a professional setting
