mylegacytanzania is seeking a Graduate Intern for the Finance & Administration Assistant role to support our financial operations in Dar es Salaam. This role involves managing petty cash, maintaining financial records, and supporting compliance and imprest management. The position is an unpaid graduate internship lasting between 3 and 6 months.
Interns will assist with payments, basic accounting entries, and project finance activities under professional supervision. This opportunity provides exposure to real NGO financial systems and community programs. Successful participants will receive a completion certificate and professional references.

Key Requirements
Recent degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
Basic knowledge of accounting and financial record keeping
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Proficiency in English communication (Kiswahili is an advantage)
Ability to manage petty cash and vouchers accurately
Familiarity with financial documentation and filing
Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
Willingness to learn NGO financial compliance standards
Proactive attitude and commitment to social impact
Strong integrity and ethical conduct in financial matters
