mylegacytanzania invites recent graduates specializing in Community Development to join our internship program in Dar es Salaam. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about making a difference and gaining field experience in the NGO sector. This is an unpaid internship for a duration of 3 to 6 months based in Mbezi Beach.
Interns will engage directly with community projects, supporting outreach and developmental initiatives. The role provides professional mentorship and the chance to witness the impact of social programs firsthand. Upon completion, interns will be issued a certificate and professional references to aid their future job searches.

Key Requirements
Recent graduate in Community Development or Social Work
Deep passion for community engagement and empowerment
Ability to work in diverse cultural and social settings
Fluency in both English and Kiswahili
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Eagerness to participate in community field activities
Basic knowledge of development theories and practices
Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
Ability to document project progress and community feedback
Commitment to the 3–6 month internship duration
