Reservation Agent
Tusiime Services Agency� on behalf of our client is looking for an experienced and professional Reservation Agent to join a dynamic hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle hotel reservations and booking inquiries professionally
2.Respond to emails, calls, and online booking platforms promptly
3.Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information
4.Coordinate with Front Office and Sales departments
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
5.Proven experience as a Reservation Agent in a hotel or hospitality environment
6.Strong communication and customer service skills
7.Knowledge of reservation systems and OTA platforms
8.Good computer skills and attention to detail
9.Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
10.Fluency in English; additional languages are an added advantage

Key Requirements
Proven HR experience (Hospitality preferred)
Pre-opening hotel experience is a plus
Strong leadership & communication skills
In-depth knowledge of local labor laws
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle conflict resolution and employee relations effectively
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and MS Office Suite
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in English and Swahili
