MUMANGI CONSTRUCTION CO. LTD is seeking a dedicated Storekeeper for their Mwanza location. This role is central to maintaining the efficiency of construction site operations through meticulous material management. You will be responsible for receiving and inspecting all materials, including cement, steel, and aggregates, while ensuring they are issued only against approved requisitions.
The successful candidate will maintain a secure and organized store environment, conducting regular stock counts to ensure record accuracy. You will also coordinate closely with procurement and site engineering teams to prevent shortages and facilitate smooth material movement. This is a full-time position requiring high integrity and a strong background in logistics or procurement within the construction sector.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Inventory Management
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in storekeeping or inventory control
Good knowledge of construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, tools, equipment)
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Ability to use MS Excel or inventory systems
High integrity and responsibility
Good communication with site and procurement teams
Experience in the construction industry is a significant advantage
Ability to handle physical movement and inspection of stock
Knowledge of warehouse safety and security protocols
