MUMANGI CONSTRUCTION CO. LTD is recruiting two motivated Cashiers to manage financial disbursements at their Mwanza site. This role involves processing payments for site engineers, material suppliers, and field allowances. Accuracy is paramount as you will be handling daily cash flows and ensuring all transactions are properly authorized and documented according to company policy.
Ideal candidates will have a background in finance or accounting and at least two years of cash handling experience. You will be responsible for preparing daily and weekly reports, assisting in reconciliations, and maintaining a high level of transparency in financial records. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related field
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (debit & credit)
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in cash handling or finance operations
Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting systems
High integrity, honesty, and responsibility
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage daily cash inflows and outflows accurately
Experience in processing field allowances and site material payments
Proficiency in document management and record-keeping for audit purposes
