REGULATORY COMPLIANCE & HSE COORDINATOR @ MUBAK
Mubak is currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Regulatory Compliance & HSE Coordinator to oversee and manage our workplace safety and environmental compliance protocols. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all company operations adhere to local statutory requirements, including permit renewals and safety audits. You will be the primary point of contact for government authorities, ensuring our business practices remain transparent, legal, and safe for all employees across our various sites.
The role involves a dynamic mix of field inspections and office-based administrative tasks. You will be expected to travel regularly to company branches to conduct safety assessments, follow up on corrective actions, and foster a robust culture of safety. Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in HSE or regulatory compliance.
Thorough knowledge of OSHA, Fire Safety, and NEMC statutory requirements.
Proven ability to manage Business Licences and other regulatory permits.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with government agencies.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently to company branches.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage compliance trackers.
Ability to analyze safety risks and implement effective corrective actions.
Capability to work independently while maintaining high professional standards.
