LOGISTICS IN-CHARGE (FLEET OPERATIONS) @ MUBAK
Mubak is currently seeking a highly energetic, results-oriented Logistics In-Charge to oversee the overall operational performance of our truck fleet and drivers in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring maximum fleet productivity, monitoring driver performance, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the timely delivery of cargo across our network. You will be at the heart of our logistics operations, driving accountability and ensuring that all transportation activities align with our high standards of service and safety.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Logistics & Transport Management or a related field
Minimum of 3 years' experience in logistics or fleet operations
Proficiency in GPS fleet tracking systems
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Advanced computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work in a high-pressure, 24/7 environment
Assertive and proactive communication style
Thorough understanding of safety and compliance standards
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
