LOGISTICS / FLEET MANAGEMENT @ MUBAK
Mubak is seeking an expert in Logistics and Fleet Management to oversee our transportation and supply chain activities in Tanzania. This role is responsible for the efficient coordination of company vehicles, maintenance scheduling, route planning, and inventory management. The successful candidate will ensure that our fleet is operational, safe, and cost-effective. You will be a key player in optimizing our supply chain, ensuring that all logistics requirements are met in a timely manner while maintaining high service standards for our internal and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field
At least 3 years of field experience in fleet management
Strong communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance protocols
Proficiency in logistics software
Strong organizational and planning skills
Experience with cost management
Knowledge of traffic and transport regulations in Tanzania
Ability to manage driver teams and schedules
