INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING @ MUBAK
We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to optimize our operational processes in Tanzania. The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for reviewing production workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste. This role requires a balance of engineering technical knowledge and management skills. You will work closely with the production team to streamline processes, ensuring that Mubak maintains a high level of operational excellence and competitive advantage in the industry through continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
At least 3 years of field experience in an industrial setting
Strong communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
Proficiency in data modeling and simulation software
Ability to conduct time and motion studies
Strong project management skills
Understanding of safety and health standards
Strong leadership and collaboration capabilities
