Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Public Administration.
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment specifically within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
Comprehensive knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and employment regulations.
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement.
Proven organizational abilities and attention to detail in high-volume hiring.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle independently from identification to onboarding.
Experience in conducting reference checks and background verification.
Strong analytical skills for preparing recruitment reports and metrics.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional ethics at all times.
