IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST @ MTN NIGERIA
MTN Nigeria, through its recruitment partner, is looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join their team in Lagos. This onsite role is critical for maintaining the operational efficiency of the company's technical infrastructure. The primary focus of the position is to provide high-quality technical support to internal users, ensuring that all hardware and software tools are functioning correctly and that connectivity issues are resolved promptly.
In addition to user support, the specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and managing network components. The position offers a salary range of ₦6,000,000 – ₦9,000,000 per annum. Candidates will work in a fast-paced telecommunications environment where technical expertise and proactive problem-solving are highly valued to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance of all IT services.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar technical role within the telecommunications industry.
In-depth knowledge of computer hardware systems, including laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues across Windows and MacOS platforms.
Strong understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity problems efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with non-technical users.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple support tickets simultaneously.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
