STORE MANAGER @ MSVL GROUP
MSVL GROUP is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our inventory operations and drive overall efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and forecasting stock in coordination with internal departments, preparing departmental budgets, and generating comprehensive reports on inventory and consumption. You will oversee all stock-taking and reconciliation processes while managing store operations, systems, and team performance to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and output.
Furthermore, the Store Manager will be tasked with monitoring ERP data against actual physical inventory movement to ensure total alignment. We are looking for an individual who can take ownership of these critical operations within a fast-paced environment. This role is essential for maintaining our operational integrity and supporting our ongoing growth in the industrial sector.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in inventory or stores management
Proven experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Advanced knowledge of inventory control principles and store operations
Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory tracking software
Strong decision-making and analytical problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Demonstrated leadership capabilities in team management
Competence in budget preparation and operational reporting
