The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor networks, and executing robust route-to-market strategies. This role requires a professional who can work independently in fast-paced environments to ensure consistent product visibility and market coverage while maintaining the highest standards of customer relationship management.

Your primary focus will involve monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. You will be tasked with executing promotional activities and merchandising programs to strengthen our brand presence. Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field. 5-8 years of FMCG sales experience. Strong distributor and channel management experience. Good understanding of route-to-market operations. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently in fast-paced markets. Experience in East African markets is an added advantage. Valid passport is mandatory for international travel. Proven ability to manage collections and maintain financial discipline. Expertise in executing merchandising and promotional activities.
