Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Tile Mason in residential or commercial construction projects.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and tiling layouts.
Skill in using manual and power tools to cut, shape, and polish tiles.
Experience in preparing various surfaces using leveling compounds or mortar.
Ability to apply adhesives and grout with high precision and cleanliness.
Willingness to work 9 hours per day plus additional overtime as needed.
Physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy materials and prolonged kneeling.
Strong attention to detail to ensure perfect alignment and spacing of tiles.
Knowledge of different tiling materials including ceramic, porcelain, and marble.
Ability to work effectively within a team under the supervision of a site manager.
