We are seeking a competent and hands-on professional Accountant to join our expanding industrial operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing tax compliance, TRA filings, and comprehensive financial accounting. Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional qualification such as CPA (T), ACCA, or an equivalent certification.
4 to 6 years of proven experience in tax and accounting roles.
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian tax laws and regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for financial management.
Demonstrated experience in manufacturing finance controls and cost accounting.
Ability to manage complex tax compliance and timely TRA filings.
Excellent analytical skills for performing detailed financial reconciliations.
Strong communication skills for effective reporting and audit support.
High level of integrity and attention to detail in financial documentation.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
