PRODUCTION MANAGER @ MSUFINI
Msufini (T) Ltd is inviting applications for the position of Production Manager to lead operations at Tanzania's first world-class Chlor-Alkali manufacturing facility located in Mlandizi, Kibaha. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring that all production targets are met efficiently and effectively. You will lead the production team, enforce SHEQ and statutory compliance, and work closely with the leadership team to drive industrial transformation within the region.
The Production Manager will play a critical role in controlling operating costs, improving overall productivity, and coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure the seamless manufacture of products such as Caustic Soda, Chlorine, Hydrochloric Acid, and Hypochlorite. We are looking for a visionary leader who is committed to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and integrity in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical & Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering Production Management
Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role
Strong leadership and production planning capability
Chemical manufacturing experience is strongly preferred
Chlor-Alkali industry experience is an added advantage
Proven ability to manage and improve production productivity
Strong knowledge of SHEQ and statutory compliance standards
Demonstrated ability to control and optimize operating costs
Excellent communication skills for leading high-performing cross-functional teams
