The Human Resources and Rewards Coordinator at MSI Tanzania will play a vital role in managing the organization's most valuable asset: its people. This position focuses on the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits packages, ensuring that the organization attracts and retains top talent. You will be responsible for overseeing payroll administration, performance management systems, and employee wellness initiatives to foster a productive work environment.
Beyond rewards management, the coordinator will support general HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with Tanzanian labor laws. You will work closely with management to align HR strategies with the organization's mission of providing accessible healthcare. This is a strategic role that requires a balance of administrative precision and a people-centric approach to human resource management.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, or related field.
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and employment regulations.
Experience in managing payroll systems and employee benefits programs.
Proven track record in compensation analysis and salary benchmarking.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee issues.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and data management.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in record-keeping.
Ability to develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Swahili.
Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM, PHR, or local equivalent).
