FINANCE OFFICER (1 POSITION) @ MSI TANZANIA
MSI Tanzania is seeking a dedicated Finance Officer to join our team in Dar es Salaam. This individual will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions, managing budgets, and ensuring that all financial operations align with the organization's goals and regulatory requirements. The role demands a high level of accuracy and a proactive approach to financial management within a dynamic healthcare environment. The Finance Officer will work closely with the management team to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, conducting internal audits, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about reproductive health and possesses the technical skills necessary to maintain MSI Tanzania's financial integrity.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
Professional certification like CPA (T) or ACCA.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Excel.
Strong understanding of Tanzanian tax laws.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Strong communication skills in English and Swahili.
Previous experience in an NGO or healthcare sector preferred.
