CENTER MANAGER (3 POSITIONS) @ MSI TANZANIA
MSI Tanzania is seeking three dedicated Center Managers to oversee its health centers in Mwanza, Arusha, and Makambako. These roles are critical for ensuring the operational, clinical, and financial performance of the centers while maintaining high-quality service delivery and driving sustainable business growth. The successful candidates will report to the Senior Center Manager and Director of Operations, focusing on clinic performance and service quality. Possible work locations include Mwanza, Arusha, and Makambako. The Center Manager will be responsible for leading daily operations, driving team productivity, and conducting staff performance reviews. Key duties also include managing human resources, overseeing supply chain systems, and preparing financial plans. Additionally, the role involves maintaining high standards of infection prevention, ensuring patient safety, and strengthening customer service delivery through client satisfaction surveys and reporting on KPI performance.
Key Requirements
A recognized medical qualification: Medical Doctor, Clinical Officer, or Nursing Officer.
A Business-related degree with specific experience in health facility management.
At least 5 years of experience in clinical work or health sector project management.
At least 2 years of experience specifically managing a health center or dispensary.
Proven experience in meeting clinical quality standards and health protocols.
Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining external partnerships.
Strong leadership and team management skills for driving productivity.
Expertise in financial and resource management including supply chain oversight.
Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making in a clinical setting.
Comprehensive understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, and safety standards.
