Mshel Homes Limited is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketer to join their team in Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and boost property sales within the real estate sector. You will plan and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising while monitoring and reporting on campaign performance to provide insights for improvement. The salary for this position is N200,000 - N300,000.
The role also involves creating and optimizing targeted online ads through platforms like Google Ads and Meta Business Suite. You will be expected to optimize the company’s website for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic and utilize tools such as Google Analytics to track website performance. Collaboration with graphics and content creation teams is essential to produce high-quality materials that align with the company's brand goals and enhance customer engagement through CRM tools.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, preferably within the real estate sector.
Strong understanding and proficiency in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tools.
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
Experience using MailChimp and content management systems (CMS) for campaign execution.
Strong understanding of SEM, PPC, and social media marketing strategies.
Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, video editing, and graphic design basics.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights.
High level of attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for professional engagement.
