The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at driving brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and boosting property sales within the competitive real estate sector. This role involves planning and managing multi-channel campaigns across social media, email marketing, content marketing, and various online advertising platforms to ensure maximum visibility.
Key duties include creating and optimizing targeted ads on Google and Meta platforms, monitoring performance analytics, and managing the company’s social media presence through impactful updates and follower engagement. The role also requires collaboration with creative teams to produce high-quality materials, optimizing the website for search engines (SEO), and utilizing CRM tools to track and manage leads effectively. The offered salary for this position ranges from N200,000 to N300,000 per month.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, preferably within the real estate sector.
Strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tools and techniques.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
Experience with email marketing platforms like MailChimp and promotional newsletters.
Strong understanding of SEM, PPC, and social media marketing strategies.
Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, video editing, and graphic design basics.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights.
Strong creativity and innovative thinking for brand awareness campaigns.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for team collaboration.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative marketing team.
