MsandoHr Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Storekeeper to oversee inventory management across our properties in Arusha and Serengeti. The ideal candidate will ensure that all stocks are received, stored, and issued in accordance with company policy, maintaining accurate documentation and cleanliness of storage areas. This role is essential for the smooth operation of our hospitality supply chain, requiring a disciplined professional who can manage stock levels effectively while coordinating with various departments to meet operational demands.
Key responsibilities involve monitoring stock movement, performing regular physical inventory counts, and reporting discrepancies immediately. The successful applicant will be expected to maintain high standards of health and safety within storage facilities, manage procurement requests efficiently, and ensure that all items are accounted for. Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, or Business Administration.
Minimum 1–2 years of practical experience as a storekeeper or inventory assistant, preferably in hospitality.
High level of honesty, integrity, and physical endurance for manual handling.
Strong organizational and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
Must be a resident of Arusha or Serengeti.
Proficiency in basic inventory software or spreadsheet applications.
Ability to maintain accurate stock records and filing systems.
Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards in food and non-food storage.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
