Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing projects, preferably in construction or hospitality.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within financial constraints.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Experience in risk management and the ability to develop effective mitigation strategies.
High level of organizational and time-management skills.
