We are seeking a professional Pit Boss to join our gaming team in Mbeya. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising gaming table operations, monitoring dealers, resolving disputes, overseeing chip control, and coordinating with security personnel. The role also involves managing floor staff schedules and ensuring the overall integrity of the gaming floor. Applicants should possess deep knowledge of table games and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities in a high-pressure environment.
Key Requirements
Experience as a Pit Boss or Senior Floor Supervisor
Strong knowledge of casino table games
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in chip control and financial monitoring
Ability to coordinate with security and surveillance teams
Strong communication skills for staff scheduling and oversight
Willingness to relocate or work in Mbeya, Tanzania
Attention to detail and regulatory compliance awareness
Ability to work rotating shifts
