Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, or a related field.
10+ years in an HR managerial position.
45 years of age or older.
Female candidates are preferred.
Deep understanding of Tanzanian labor laws.
Excellent leadership, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in HR software and systems for data management and reporting.
Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
