We are seeking experienced Dealers for multiple positions in Arusha and Mwanza. You will be responsible for operating gaming tables, accurately managing payouts, and ensuring strict compliance with all gaming rules and regulations. The role requires high energy, precision, and the ability to maintain a welcoming atmosphere while keeping gaming equipment in optimal condition.
Key Requirements
Previous experience as a professional casino dealer
Excellent mental arithmetic and calculation skills
Comprehensive knowledge of various table games
Sharp attention to detail and ability to track bets
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Capacity to maintain gaming equipment standards
Ability to adhere strictly to casino operational rules
Professionalism and reliability under pressure
Flexibility to work in either Arusha or Mwanza
Must be able to work rotating shifts and holidays
