COMPLIANCE OFFICER @ MSANDOHR SOLUTIONS
The Compliance Officer will be based in Arusha and will be responsible for ensuring that all operations adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. Key duties include conducting internal audits, managing licenses and statutory records, preparing detailed compliance reports, and liaising with industry regulators. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of the Tanzanian legal landscape as it pertains to the gaming industry.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B)
1–2 years of experience in compliance or legal roles
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian labour and gaming laws
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to prepare accurate compliance and audit reports
Experience in managing licenses and statutory documentation
Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with regulators
High level of integrity and attention to detail
