ASSISTANT MANAGER @ MSANDOHR SOLUTIONS
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to join our team in the Serengeti. The candidate will support the management team in daily operations, focusing on delivering high-quality guest experiences, maintaining luxury standards, and ensuring operational excellence within our safari lodge or tented camp environment. This role requires a hands-on approach, where the Assistant Manager will supervise staff, manage guest relations, and oversee day-to-day logistics to ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a closely related field.
Minimum 2 years of proven operational experience in a similar supervisory or assistant management role within a safari lodge, camp, or hotel.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and guest-hosting skills.
Strong team leadership and intercultural staff management abilities.
Ability to handle operational challenges and resolve guest concerns professionally.
Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and service delivery.
Knowledge of front-office and back-office administrative tasks.
Flexibility to work in remote or field locations as required by the business.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Proficiency in English and professional communication etiquette.
