MsandoHR Solutions is hiring a detail-oriented Accountant on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, from daily expenses and payroll to annual budget preparation. You will ensure that the company's financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with Tanzanian accounting standards and tax regulations.
The Accountant will also play a key role in financial reporting, providing management with the data needed to make informed business decisions. This includes preparing monthly balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and conducting internal audits to ensure transparency. We are looking for a professional who is committed to integrity and has a strong background in financial management within the local context.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Professional qualification such as CPA (T), ACCA, or equivalent.
Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local tax laws.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to manage large datasets.
Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting.
Strong ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Effective communication skills for explaining financial data to non-financial managers.
Experience in payroll management and statutory deduction compliance.
