We are currently hiring 5 skilled Welders for our manufacturing client based in Kibaha. As a Welder, you will perform welding tasks on various industrial structures and components, ensuring that all work is completed according to technical specifications and safety guidelines.
The role involves working with diverse welding equipment to repair or construct components for factory machinery. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable reading blueprints, and able to maintain a high standard of workmanship in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in industrial welding
Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
Competence in different welding techniques
Strict adherence to safety protocols
Ability to work with industrial machinery
Strong manual dexterity
Problem-solving skills
Experience in metal fabrication
Capacity to stand for long periods
Team collaboration skills
